1. General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Payment Methods & Processing Fees

We offer two primary methods of payment to our customers across Pakistan:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): All COD orders are subject to a 4% Service & Handling Tax. This fee is calculated on the total order value and is non-refundable.
  • Prepaid Orders (Bank Transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa): * Prepaid orders are exempt from the 4% COD tax.
    • Customers paying in advance are eligible for an additional Prepaid Discount (as advertised on the checkout page).
    • Proof of payment (screenshot) must be sent to our official WhatsApp at +92 309 0580008 to initiate shipping.

3. Order Confirmation & Advance Payments

  • To ensure the commitment of delivery, Sial Supplements reserves the right to request a mandatory 1,000 PKR advance payment for high-value items or for customers with a history of refused deliveries.
  • The remaining balance will be collected via COD upon delivery.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We strive to process and dispatch orders within 24–48 hours.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days for major cities and 5–7 working days for remote areas.
  • Sial Supplements is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen weather conditions.

5. Product Authenticity & Usage

  • We guarantee that all protein and gym supplements sold are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors.
  • Disclaimer: Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Consult with a healthcare professional before use. We are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from the misuse of products.

6. Pricing and Corrections

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice due to import costs and currency fluctuations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

7. Returns and Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are handed over to the courier.
  • Due to the nature of health supplements, we cannot accept returns once the product seal has been broken or tampered with.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with video proof of unboxing.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Sial Supplements, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of any of our products or the website service.
